What are the details of the subscription?

When you place an order for a Lovers Print Club subscription, you are joining a community that believes in everyday romance, love and filling spaces with beauty and inspiration. 

Each month, you will get:

💌a studio selected fine art print

💌a written letter about the artwork, printed

💌a written poem about the chosen art work, printed

💌the chance in receiving an original painting/drawing (one lucky subscriber drawn each month)

You will be charged upon ordering, and by purchasing you also authorize a recurring charge of the price of the subscription selected for your location each month unless you cancel your subscription.

Please note that refunds are not available for this product. However, you may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle.

What is the dates for delivery?

All letters will be mailed out in the first week of the following month.

When can I join?

Anytime! Please note if you join from the 1st of the current month you will receive your print in the following month. For example: if you join between December 1st - December 31st then your first letter will be sent first week of January. And so on.

If I need to cancel, how do I do that?

Once you have purchased the subscription, you can manage your account here. This is where you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription.

How do I update my address?

Once you have purchased a subscription, you can manage your account here. You can make any changes to your billing information or shipping address. If there is an address change this must be made before the 15th of the month in order to take effect for the following month's delivery.

How long will my print take to arrive?

Prints will be shipped out from my art studio in Bunbury, Western Australia during the first week of every month via Australia Post. Your delivery day of your print will vary depending on your exact shipping location.

Since these prints are posted via "slow mail," it is normal for it to take up to several weeks for the print to arrive - depending on your location. There’s no tracking number, just one day a lovely surprise will show up in your letterbox.

I don’t live in Australia, can I still join from overseas?

Yes, of course! The Lovers Print Club is open to international orders. Please choose the correct subscription for your location on the product page. Australian residents choose the Australia option - all other overseas locations, please choose international option.
